"For a long time it bothered me, and there were times when we actually raised our voices at each other, but what I eventually came to understand was that if a woman truly loves you, you can't always expect her to tell the truth. You see, women are more attuned to feelings than men are, and if they're not being truthful, more often than not it's because they think truth might hurt your feelings. But it doesn't mean they don't love you."
"You're saying that it's okay for them to lie?"

"No, I'm saying that if they don't lie, it's often because they care."
"What if I want her to tell me the truth?"
"Well, then, you better prepared to accept the truth in the spirit which it was offered."

I'll chuck my notes and textbooks after exams. I miss reading storybooks.
