I like flights. I enjoy looking out of the window and see clouds and extremely tiny buildings. It's the only period of time that you're able to see the world (that country) top view. It's cool how God made this world wonderful and truly made us in awe every.single.moment. :)
But I hate flights due to the air pressure - the ear of course is a troublemaker.
Upon reaching, I started having sneezing fits. Hahah. Probably getting use to a new country and extremely whole new environment. Speechless, the road...... HELL. Motorbikes everywhere (I promise you there'll be one picture on the traffic I took). It's just crazy!!! Its sooo frightening to even cross but you have to eventually.... And they're pretty nice coz they'll slow down for you and horn to alert us. They don't do speeding yo~ It's cool it's cool. :)
This is a never can be seen in Singapore thing.
Quite a number of parks over there in Ho Chi Minh City.
To be honest, our hotel -Family Inn Saigon Hotel was pretty much out of the way from the beautiful important shops called RESTAURANTS. Really. We braved ourselves and try walking our way to the Halal Restaurants. Halal.... Quite limited but if you get used to it and found one, you'll be able to find more. No worries to Muslims.... You can live like I did. :) hehehe.
So, first up .... VN.Halal Resturant.
The drinks down @ Vietnam totally stingy!!!!!! :( So little due to the glass size I suppose. Therefore, I hereby warned you from buying fancy drinks and just stick to can drinks :) It's worth it.
But.... Loving my soyabean with chincau! I think they like me ~~ Seeeeeeee... my chincau!!!!!!! HEHEHEHE.
Rating: VN.Halal serves good Penang Char Kway Teow (somehow became my favourite dish already). However, the other food.... A big no no. And totally costly. Me no like costly places during holidays~~
And desserts after lunch. It's a MUST! :D Especially under the warm weather over there. It's much more better weather over there compared to Singapore. At least, it's windddddyyyy yet sunny. And it did rained :)
Baskin Robbins was sooo affordable there~ HEAVENLY~~ Helped myself with the delicious waffles and 2 scoops of ice creams - Cotton Candy and Strawberry cheesecake! Yum! First time Baskin Robins, for your info :)
Forgot to tell you. The Baskin Robbins totally cute! Like small cafes! :D
Then, head to Ben Thanh Market !
Not that cheap as I expected it to be :( Well, it all depends on how you bargain~~
Tadaaa! THE ROAD! Sooooo polluted. hahahah !
No wonder my nose needed to get use to the environment. hehehe.
Afterwards, we didnt know what to do... So, we just tried and headed down to a cafe (some sort like Starbucks thing but waaaayy cheaper).
How cute!!! I like the interior design of the shop. So cafe~ So France~~ HAHAHA.
Caramel Frappe/ Sodas / Orange juice :)
And they all weren't costly at all. It was like around 7SGD for all 4 drinks + service charges. I looooveee this place. Did I mention this ? THE DRINKS WERE WORTH IT AND SO YUMMMMYY!
Not at all due to our major thirst. It's just yummmyyy really!!
And yeaaaah, couldn't help but a candid photoshoot together with the stunning interior.
