Feeling very motivated to take up more baking lessons after the end of my cake module, I chanced upon Biscuit Workshop 3 which teaches different types of cookies. And what attracts me most - also, the girls that came - was MACAROONS! I've been dying to try out making these macaroons. But, yes, for fear the recipe I googled might not be reliable. Hence, I willingly and excitedly took up this lesson.
No doubt, it teaches good techniques for different types of cookies. Without these techniques and tips, I might not be able to achieve whatever cookies I brought home the other day! It's totally gorgeous (see below for picture). I shall practice on my macaroons one day.
